Chapter 17 of the Acts of 1998, the Mi'kmaq Education Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2004,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 17 of the Acts of 1998, the Mi'kmaq Education Act, do come into force on and not before October 23, 2007, with effect on and after April 1, 2004.
