Order in Council 1178/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.2 (8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , as re-enacted by

Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 , and effective the date this subsection is proclaimed into force,

Susanna Zagar , of Oakville, Ontario

be appointed as chief executive officer of the Ontario Energy Board (“ OEB ”) for a fixed term of two years.

Further , that Susanna Zagar shall be entitled to 6 months’ notice or pay in lieu of notice in the event that the OEB ’s board of directors does not appoint her to the position of chief executive officer at the end of this appointment.
