Order in Council 1201/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Education Act , Bernard Fishbein of Toronto be reappointed as a member and redesignated as Chair of the Education Relation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective November 25, 2016.
