OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Office of Economic Development dated September 20, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 3(1)(
a) and 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the Minister of the Office of Economic Development to sell approximately .24 acres of surplus lands at Hillsburn, Annapolis County, on such terms and conditions as the Minister of the Office of Economic Development shall approve; and (
b) authorize the Minister of the Office of Economic Development to execute such agreements, deeds and documents as may be required to give effect to this Order.
