OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 28, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09appoint Eric K. Slone of Halifax as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a term of office of one year commencing March 1, 2007 and ending March 1, 2008; \x09(b)\x09determine the remuneration for an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia to be at the rate of One Hundred and Forty Five Dollars ($145.00) per hour or part thereof for each sitting of the court, Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for preparation of a stated case.

An administrative fee is fixed at One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($125.00) per month to cover disbursements incurred. Payment of extraordinary expenses that have been approved before they are incurred is approved.
