B.C. Reg. 379/2012 , deposited November 26, 2012, pursuant to the PROVINCIAL COURT ACT [section 11 (1) (d)]. Order in Council 840/2012, approved and ordered November 23, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 18, 2013,

section 1 of the Provincial Court Practice Directions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 188/98, is repealed and the following substituted:

Application

1 This regulation applies in respect of proceedings before the Provincial Court under the Family Law Act in which an order for guardianship, parenting arrangements, contact or support is sought or in which variation of such an order is sought.
