OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 12, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to, effective October 6, 2009, appoint Tom Urbaniak of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Cape Breton Regional Library Board, for a term of office of three years.
