OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated February 16, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act and Sections 2 and 3 of the Arbitration Proceedings Regulations, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Kathyrn Raymond , Halifax Regional Municipality, as member and Chair of the Crop Livestock Insurance Arbitration Board for a term of 3 years commencing on March 13, 2012; and (
b) order that Kathryn Raymond be remunerated for service as member and Chair in the amount of $150 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as member and chair provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
