Order in Council 743/2019
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Maureen Helt of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English) for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 13, 2019.
