Order in Council 879/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Glenna Raymond of Oshawa be appointed as a part-time member and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective July 1, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
