B.C. Reg. 328/2002, deposited December 5, 2002, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mines M354/2002, dated December 2, 2002.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and Mines, order that

1 A reserve is established for minerals over the following land in the Vancouver Mining Division, New Westminster Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2 A free miner May locate or record a mineral claim in the reserve established by

section 1 subject to the conditions listed in

section 3.

3 A free miner shall not obstruct, endanger or interfere with or allow any other person to obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of a hydro project in the reserve created by
