TOBACCO SALES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2), 1998

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province

of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

12.1 The Tobacco Sales Act, RSBC 1996, c. 410, is amended by adding

the following as

12.1 It is forbidden to sell, or to offer for sale, a tobacco product intended to be consumed

in a manner other than smoking if that product contains flavouring intended to

enhance the taste of the product.

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
