OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated November 7, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 15 of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1993, the Social Workers Act, is pleased to: (
a) effective November 30, 2003, accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Vince P. Garnier as a member of the Board of Examiners of the Nova Scotia Association of Social Workers, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-199 dated May 1, 2003; and (
b) appoint Edward M. MacMaster of Coxheath, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Examiners of the Nova Scotia Association of Social Workers for a term of two years commencing December 1, 2003, and ending November 30, 2005.
