Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 17, 2005, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey an easement to be determined by a legal survey, situate at or near Dartmouth, Halifax County; (

b) convey an easement to Halifax Regional Municipality, a Municipal Corporation under the laws of Nova Scotia, for the appraised value; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
