B.C. Reg. 51/2020 , deposited March 6, 2020, under the BRITISH COLUMBIA TRANSIT ACT [section 12]. Order in Council 121/2020, approved and ordered March 6, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the British Columbia

Transit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 30/91, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 of the British Columbia Transit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 30/91, is amended

by adding the following subsection:

(5) During the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2020, and during each subsequent

fiscal year, for transit services in the Victoria regional transit service area,

(

a) the regional transit commission must contribute 68.3% and the authority must

contribute 31.7% of the amounts required to defray the classes of expenses described

in subsection (2) (a),

(

b) the regional transit commission must contribute 37% and the authority must contribute

63% of the amounts required to defray the classes of expenses described in subsection (2) (b),

and

(

c) the regional transit commission must contribute 100% and the authority must

contribute 0% of the amounts required to defray lease fees.
