OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated February 2, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 3AK of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the community solar program, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 27, 2024.
