On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Home Owner Grant Regulation, B.C. Reg. 100/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 1 (1) in the definition of "physical assistance"

by striking out "assistance by relatives or", and

(

b) in

section 4 of the General

Interpretation Guidelines in Form B of

Schedule 2 in the definition of "physical assistance"

by striking out "assistance by a spouse or relative or".
