CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Farm Security Act (Assented to May 25, 1984) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Farm Security Amendment Act, 1984. Rev. Stat. c.F-9 The Farm Security Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended by striking out “1980 to 1984”: (

a) in subsection (1) ; and (

b) in subsection (2); and in each case substituting “1984 to 1987”.

Section amended Subsection 7(11) is amended by striking out “the first day of July, 1984” and substituting “July 1, 1987”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
