OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated January 28, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased, to appoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years commencing February 22, 2011: (
a) Kimberley Kennedy of the Department of Labour and Advanced Education; (
b) Georgina Dimock of the Department of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations; and (
c) Patricia Murray of the Department of Health and Wellness.
