PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 351 , Approved and Ordered MAR -g i ii • Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Chloe Burgess is appointed Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Energy and Mines and Minister Responsible for Northern Development, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Chloe Burgess be paid as a Ministerial Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

c) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Chloe Burgess; (
