In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulation Amendment No. 6, 2003, is to allow into the Commercial-Industrial Zone, Discretionary Use Class, Hazardous Industry, for possible future commercial development. The Upper Island Cove Development Regulations Amendment No. 6, 2003, comes into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
