OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 23, 2006, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to: (

a) approve the granting of an additional loan of $1,060,200 to 3045019 Nova Scotia Limited to assist in the purchase of poultry broiler quota and to construct a new broiler barn substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the loan arrangement; (

b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 6.05%.
