Order in Council 940/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Paul E. Dungey, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed, the earlier of July 31, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, as Regional Coroner for that part of the East Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act , 2002: Leeds and Grenville, Northumberland, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, Frontenac, Hastings, Lennox and Addington, and Prince Edward, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 484/2015 dated the 22 nd day of April, 2015, be revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
