OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 22, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, approximately 10 metres wide, for constructing, using and maintaining a sewer outfall facility, with respect to Crown land at Lennox Passage near Louisdale, Richmond County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Municipality of the County of Richmond, a body corporate with its head office at Arichat, Richmond County, for the consideration of $500.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
