I, George Heyman, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, order that the Integrated Pest Management Regulation, B.C. Reg. 604/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Sections 5 (1), 9, 13 (5), 24 (2), 35 (2) and (3), 39 (4) and 41 (2) of the Integrated Pest Management Regulation, B.C. Reg. 604/2004, are amended by striking out " a year " wherever it appears and substituting " per year ".

Section 5 (2) is amended by striking out " his or her " and substituting " the occupier's ".

Section 21 (

b) is amended by striking out " application " and substituting " the application ".

Section 38 (1) (

a) is amended by striking out " when and in which newspaper " and substituting " when, where and how ".

Section 39 (3) (

b) is amended by striking out " total ha " and substituting " total area ".
