Order in Council 1093/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lorraine Mathers was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 1, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1770/2019;

And

whereas Lorraine Mathers tendered her resignation effective July 1, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1770/2019 be revoked effective July 1, 2021.
