Order in Council 64/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Lise Henrie of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 15, 2026.
