OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs dated January 18, 2000, pursuant to

Section 4 and subsection 6(1) of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Howard Windsor as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, effective January 15, 2000, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-378 dated July 8, 1999; (

b) reappoint Brian Stonehouse, Deputy Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs, of the Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a further term of office commencing January 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001; and (

c) appoint Brian Stonehouse to be Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term of office commencing January 15, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001.
