OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 1, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Maryvale, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 10101699, 10099695, 10117760, 01302868, 10101707, and 01203132 and outlined in bold on the maps marked

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Deborah McCarron and James McCarron, operating as John W. McCarron Limited, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $366,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Deborah McCarron and James McCarron, operating as John W.

McCarron Limited, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
