Order in Council 1427/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , David Fine of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term effective October 25, 2020 and ending December 31, 2021.
