OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated December 18, 2003, pursuant to subsection 7(1)(

b) of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and to

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective December 31, 2003, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Michele McKenzie as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2001-604 dated December 21, 2001; and (

b) appoint Kelliann Dean, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage, as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
