Order in Council 1026/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Budget Measures Act, 2015

October 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Budget Measures Act, 2015 , c. 38, which amends the Business Corporations Act , comes into force:

Schedule 7, s. 44 (17).

October 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Budget Measures Act, 2015 , c. 38, which amends the Corporations Act , comes into force:

Schedule 7, s. 47 (20).

October 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Budget Measures Act, 2015 , c. 38, which amends the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 , comes into force:

Schedule 7, s. 55 (19).

October 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Budget Measures Act, 2015 , c. 38, which amends the Personal Property Security Act , comes into force:

Schedule 7, s. 57 (3).
