Order in Council 1793/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020 , S.O. 2020, c. 24

Rosemarie Mc Guire of Caesarea

be reappointed as a member and designated as Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective from the later of the date of this Order in Council or January 1, 2023.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 1835/2021 be revoked effective January 1, 2023.
