OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 17, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2015, the Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists Act, is pleased to appoint Jessica Fancy-Landry of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, and Barry Morshead of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as public representatives of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists, each for a term of two (2) years commencing October 11, 2022.
