PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Counicilro. 387 , Approved and Ordered MAR 3 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders that: (1) the appointment of Mr. Mailandt as manager of the escheated water utility of Caouette Water Systems Ltd. (Inc.No. 0193546) be revoked; and (2) the Comptroller of Water Rights be appointed to take possession of and manage the escheated water utility assets of Caouette Water Systems Ltd. (Inc.No. 0193546), which assets are particularly described as: (

i) Right of Way No. R10736 (ii) Statutory Right of Way No. R22562 (iii) all personal property for the puposes of providing ongoing services to its users until further notice.
