OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated December 4, 2018, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a quit claim deed to dispose of all claim, title or interest in respect of approximately 50 acres of Crown lands, located at Boylston, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in bold and shaded in dark grey on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Curtis Smith Phinney or his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns for the consideration of $1.00; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
