B.C. Reg. 268/2019 , deposited December 16, 2019, under the BUSINESS CORPORATIONS ACT [section 399.2 (1)], the COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ACT [section 178.4 (1)] and the PARTNERSHIP ACT [section 131 (1)]. Order in Council 691/2019, approved and ordered December 16, 2019.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2020,

(

a) section 2 of the Extraprovincial Companies and Foreign Entities from a Designated

Province Regulation, B.C. Reg. 88/2009, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) Manitoba. ,

(

b) section 2 of the Extraprovincial Associations and Corporations from a Designated

Province Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/2009, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) Manitoba. , and

(

c) section 2 of the Extraprovincial Limited Liability Partnerships and Limited

Partnerships from a Designated Province Regulation, B.C. Reg. 90/2009, is amended

by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) Manitoba.
