Order in Council 905/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Josée Bouchard was reappointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective January 7, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 2362/2017;

And

whereas Josée Bouchard tendered her resignation effective May 15, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 2362/2017 be revoked effective May 15, 2020.
