2004 c. 61 MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES REPEAL (REGULATORY REFORM) 2004

CHAPTER

An Act to repeal miscellaneous obsolete Statutes (Assented to November 30, 2004) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Miscellaneous Statutes Repeal (Regulatory Reform) Act, 2004. R.S.S. 1978, c.C-35 repealed The Co-operative Guarantee Act is repealed. R.S.S. 1978, c.H-2 repealed The Hearing Aid Act is repealed. S.S. 1997, c.2 repealed The IPSCO Inc. and United Steelworkers of America, Local 5890, Collective Bargaining Agreement Act is repealed. S.S. 1986-87-88, c.P-18.1 repealed The Potash Resources Act is repealed. S.S. 1986, c.P-47.1 repealed The Pulp and Paper Mills Act is repealed. Coming into force 7(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on assent.
