OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated November 19, 2020, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act and subsections 4(1), 67(1) and (2) of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the Minister to: (

a) issue a quit claim deed for Crown lands containing approximately 0.18 hectare (0.45 acre) located at Castlereagh, Colchester County, as shown highlighted in grey and outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation: to John Nelson Gamble, or his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00: and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
