Order in Council 1138/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James Minns was reappointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective December 10, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1279/2022;

And

whereas James Minns tendered his resignation effective January 30, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1279/2022 be revoked effective January 30, 2025.
