Order in Council 1303/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, Order in Council OC -1053/2022, dated June 24, 2022, which appointed the Honourable Stan Cho, Minister without Portfolio as Associate Minister of Transportation, Ministry of Transportation is hereby revoked, effective September 4, 2023.
