OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated February 24, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 201(7) of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to approve of amendments to the Vehicle Inspection Regulations, N.S. Reg. 214/2006, made by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2006-505 dated November 28, 2006, to change the frequency and scope of motor vehicle inspections in the manner set forth in
Section "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after February 26, 2009.
