OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated December 3, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of lands consisting of Parcel 14-05, identified as a portion of PID # 75094185 at Soldiers Cove, in the County of Richmond, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being required for improvements to Highway No. 4, Soldiers Cove, Richmond County.
