Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2012, the NewPage Port Hawkesbury Pension Plans Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the NewPage Port Hawkesbury pension plans, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 26, 2012.
