OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 29, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1989, the Health Research Foundation Act , is pleased to re-appoint Steven M. Smith of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a director and appoint him as Vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation for a three (3) year term commencing June 7, 2016.
