OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated March 6, 2015, and pursuant to clause 63(1)(
o) of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Community Colleges Act , is pleased to approve the
schedule of tuition fees in respect of the 2015-2016 academic year referred to in the
Schedule of Tuition Fees established by the Nova Scotia Community College as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
