OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated April 25, 2002, and pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2000-122, dated March 29, 2000, by striking out "Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation" wherever it appears and substituting "Nova Scotia Business Incorporated" and by striking out "Page 290" wherever it appears in

Schedule "A" referred to therein and substituting "Page 199".
