Order in Council 51/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 , Stephen Wong of the City of Toronto is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of four years, effective on the later of December 31, 2024, and the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to

section 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Stephen Wong of the City of Toronto is hereby designated as the part-time Chair of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of four years effective on the later of December 31, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
