OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated January 12, 2006, pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health to enter into an agreement with Quikcard Solutions Inc. to operate and administer the dental services portion of the Medical Services Insurance (MSI) Plan on behalf of the Department of Health, effective on and after April 1, 2006.
